Now Hiring - Outside Sales Manager in Caldwell, NJ

We are looking for a high energy Sales Manager to help oversee new Sales Representatives in and out of the office. This person will be responsible for program management, profitability, projections, and commission reports.

Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly numbers
• Problem solving
• Reference point for all sales related objectives

• Develops and assists with the creation and delivery of training materials and lesson plans.
• Assists in identifying opportunities and creating solutions for key training initiatives.
• Assesses sales force for strengths and skill gaps and develops programs to address those competency gaps.
• Assists with and implements development programs for annual/regular sales meetings, as required.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required

• Training experience preferred

• Bachelors’ or associates degree from an accredited college or university (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications and CRM Databases

• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

• The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch, and talk or hear.
• The employee may be required to sit for long periods of time.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10-15 pounds.
• Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Additional Information

• Salary: $55,000 base plus bonuses and commission to start
• Schedule: Includes Saturdays, and longer than 8 hour days
• Quality generated leads provided.
